Our Mensches

Valley Ruach is almost entirely volunteer run! From large parties to casual social events, and even Shabbat celebrations, we rely on devoted community members to make it all happen.

None are more committed than our Executive Committee, or as we call them, mensches.

Our "Rabbinic Intern"

We use the term loosely, since our "Rabbinic Intern" is actually a rabbinic student at the American Jewish University. Nevertheless, Matt Rosenberg has accepted the role that he never really had the opportunity to turn down, and ran with it.

In addition to sharing words of wisdom with us during Shabbat services, Matt has introduced and led our monthly Torah on Tap Jewish learning sessions for more than two years and has been an integral part of the Valley Ruach community, both as a leader and "civilian".
